Workshops Life Art Process®During a Life Art Process® workshop, I guide you to express what is alive in your body-mind and heart through movement, drawing and creative writing. Then you will connect to the group, when we share our dances, drawings and stories. While we profoundly listen, we allow ourselves and others to share their joy as well as their pain. And we leave space for the unique expression and process of each individual.
The Life Art Process® tools will support you to deeply connect to the wisdom of your body. And over time your body will become your personal guide to connect to your unique creative expression and it will support you to transform your life and align it to the deepest desires you hold for yourself, for others and the planet. Improvisation DanceDuring a dance improvisation class or workshop I will invite you to become curious and leave space for the unknown. You will learn to listen to the movement that is emerging in your body in the present moment. And you will also learn tools for expression through movement and improvising together with the group. This requires a letting go of our mental chatter, which is often a process in itself. No specific dance technique is needed; however, it requires practice to deepen our awareness of our body moving in time and space.
Recurring topics we explore are: our spine, body center and the support of the ground. And we engage in dancing dialogues with others and play with gravity, rhythm and space. Interested? Check the calendar to the upcoming classes and workshops. |
