Working on yourself
is working on the world, since we are not separated from others. We are built of the same energy, the same awareness the same vitality and stillness. We are here to live fully to stand up and let life express itself. Retreating is not an option, since life is surrounding us. To realize the unity of life is a commitment and effort to break through boundaries, created by the need to control, the need to be certain and right. Life a source that is unstoppable and uncontrollable in its essence To understand life is to understand unity we are made of the same energy, the same material. The air we breath is the same air that flows in others, in humans, animal, plants in the earth itself. Trying to control life, is like trying to control the air which flows from one place to the other in summer breezes and strong hurricanes. We can use the air, the life energy like the body uses it to function to live and express unity and gratitude and celebrate the diversity of life, without exceptions, without boundaries. |
